Herschel Walker has put together a celebrity cast of judges (Maria Montgomery, Vanilla Ice, and more!) to start the first ever small town talent search.

Having come from a small town, Herschel knows first hand how hard it can be to get noticed and wants to provide a platform for people with talent to gain the stage!

I am focused on bringing my talent search shows to small town America in hopes that those with aspirations and talent can be discovered. The locations will always have meaning to me, like where I grew up or where I played ball. I also want to be able to put some money back into the school systems, police departments, churches and rural support centers.

When asked about his talent agency, Herschel Walker explained, “I was just looking at the internet and YouTube videos, saw a lot of these people in these small towns like Dublin and Wrightsville and they had a lot of hits. I’m from a small town, and been able to get out and show my talent but a lot of other folks have never been able to be seen or heard.

They can’t go on ‘American Idol’ or ‘America’s Got Talent.’ My thinking was, maybe get these small town people with talent and bring them together into a venue where I can help monetize these videos. And maybe help them make a little bit of money on it.”
